Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives within the talent acquisition function. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, talent acquisition knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our talent acquisition projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.

  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent acquisition needs and priorities.

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and streamline existing talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to optimize recruitment workflows.

Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and technology providers, to ensure successful implementation of projects and achieve cost-effective solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to assess the success and impact of talent acquisition projects.

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and project metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent experience and/or PMP Certification required

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in project management, preferably in a talent acquisition or HR environment.

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management tools and technology.
