Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities by:

  • Proven ability to identify and address client needs;

  • Experience in building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

  • Proven communication skills to articulate value propositions;

  • Proficiency in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections, and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

  • Experience in supervising teams to foster an atmosphere of trust, promoting diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Proven ability to provide timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback to staff;

  • Demonstrated leadership as a business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services with a "One Firm" service mindset;

  • Experience in innovating through new and existing technologies, and experimenting with digitization solutions; and,

  • Proficiency in using digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

The salary range for this position is: $119,300 - $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
