Private Duty LPN - Night Shifts (Vent/Trach) | East Ridge, TN
Schedule:Tuesday - Thursday, Rotating + One Monday per MonthShift Hours:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We’re seeking an experienced nurse to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a ventilator and trach-dependent patient in East Ridge, TN. What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized care for a patient with complex needs, including vent/trach and G-tube management.
Monitor and assess patient condition throughout the night to ensure safety and comfort.
Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with the care team to uphold a high standard of care.

Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Tennessee.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with vent/trach-dependent patients.

Responsibilities
• Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice• Provide patient and family education according to plan as outlined by the RN• Monitor patient’s vital signs and make specific measurements and observations• Monitor and record intake and output, and report significant changes immediately• Observe, assess and record patient’s physical and mental condition and report any changes• Administer medications as instructed and ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN• Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs, as assigned
Qualifications
• Active LPN license in good standing• Previous home health, private duty, skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred• Ability to build rapport with patients and family members• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
