R10058674 Inside Sales Representative (Open) Location: Chehalis, WA - Retail shop How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Chehalis, WA Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Target Hourly Range: $19.30 - $25.07 Benefits at Airgas include medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and much more! You will sell industrial medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, and safety supplies to customers. You will make a difference working with clients in hospitals, research facilities, aerospace, and much more. Our ideal sales representative will thrive in a positive and fast-paced work enviornment that they will not just enjoy but contribute to - we share in our successes and overcome challenges together. In particular you will: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Enter orders, process cash and charge orders, assist with reconilication and bank deposits. Provide timely and effective communication to distribution managers or account managers regarding any changes related to the customer. Communicate by phone, email, and in person with customers, sales staff, store managers and others, inquiring about and providing information on cost, ordering and delivery times, etc. __Are you a MATCH? A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with one to three years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience. At least one to three years of experience in positions related to industrial retail, inside sales, customer service, and/or inventory control is required. Proficient in handling cash transactions with accuracy. Experience with SAP is preferred. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google, are necessary. Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
