Our client, JIFFY mixes, located in Chelsea is seeking Food Production Associates! These are full-time, long-term temporary positions and may lead to direct hire. Openings are available across all 3 shifts with the potential for overtime. Apply today to secure your spot for an upcoming start date.

Location: "JIFFY" mixes (Chelsea Milling Company) in downtown Chelsea

Compensation: Starting pay $17/hr + shift differential + $0.50/hr increase after 30 days + yearly increases!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work on various lines, operating equipment

• Ensure quality/accuracy of product packaged

• Inspect boxes/shipping cases

• Perform regular quality checks of product/packaging

• Identify, remove, and report non-conforming product/packages

• Troubleshoot as needed

• Complete logs, check sheets, and other documentation

• Follow sanitation and safety requirements

• Perform end-of-shift, end-of-week, and as-needed cleaning

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• Strong work ethic, highly dependable, reliable transportation, and good attendance are a MUST

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful, but not required

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, wearing necessary PPE and following food safety guidelines

• Ability to perform essential physical functions, including heavy lifting up to 50-100 lbs (depending on position)

• Ability to work overtime as needed/required

• Flexibility to transition to other shifts if needed

• Successfully pass pre-employment requirements including a drug screen and criminal background check
