Customer Service Representative, Kohler Mira

Hybrid- Cheltenham

3 week rotational shift pattern- working 37.5 hours over 5 days between the operational hours of Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm / Friday 8am - 5pm / Saturday 8.30 - 1pm

Summary

To be the primary point of contact for customer queries, pre-sales enquiries, spares sales and after sales service for the Kohler Mira business. Liaising directly with customers mainly by telephone to resolve customer issues. Required to work on a 3 week rotational shift working 5 days per week including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with pre-sales enquiries, product selection, availability and location of showrooms

  • Taking in-coming calls, identifying customer requirements and initiating appropriate actions in a timely manner

  • Resolving post-sales issues and technical product support

  • Arranging service visits, spares sales and promoting service and extended warranty policies

  • Outbound follow-up telephone calls

  • Ensuring customer service levels are exceeded in-line with company and department key performance indicators

  • Creation and promotion of brand awareness issues

  • Provide cross functional Administration support as required

Education and Experience

  • Ability to understand technical issues and resolutions

  • Experience with customer contact/interaction

  • Good communication skills
