Oracle Oracle Fusion Consultant - HCM/ERP/SCM in CHENNAI, India
Job Description
Position is for a Techno-functional Professional, preferably with some implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM/Financial/SCM Applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
Job Responsibilities:
The main role of a Support engineer is to solve and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

Responsibilities
We expect candidate to have:
1)Good communication and Analytical Skills
2)SaaS Certified
3)Functional consultants should have expertise in business flows for a chosen domain in a product pillar, understand business requirements and should be able to propose solution to the client, also should be able to contribute in automation or fine tuning the solution. Also, be able to drive the team to deliver the proposed solution.
Technical consultants should be able to lead complex issues and escalations involving technical components.
4)Should be able to contribute to business development through involvement in Discovery Sessions/estimations/POCs/solutioning
5)Very good Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and reporting technologies.
6) Should be flexible to work from Client Location on need basis
Fusion HCM Consultant :
Hands on experience in Functional Modules - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management and Benefits
Technical skills - Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, HSDL), HCM Extract. Fusion ERP Consultant:
Hands on experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses
Technical Skills: Developing OTBI, Smart View & FRS Reports, FBDI templates, BIP, SQL
Fusion SCM Consultant:
Hands on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order management, and Manufacturing knowledge in the Cloud.
Good to have skills: Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) , Knowledge of Costing
