The P&TPM Quality Assurance (QA) Program Management Sr Analyst is accountable for Day-to-Day management of P&TPM Quality Assurance program for External Relationships and the newly onboarded ACF relationships. The candidate will be leading and directing a team of professionals to meet the QA Objectives. Incumbent will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the P&TPM function and how these interact in order to achieve the overall QA objectives. A proactive identification of issues and an in-depth understanding of the business impact of issues along with root cause identification will be requires. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally as well as externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of the Quality Assurance on Activities Assigned with control over resources, proformulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team, including management of people, to include performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
Provide though leadership to build, design, execute and lead the TPM QA Activities
Management and oversight of testing, quality assurance, issue identification, remediation and reporting
Lead Timely Execution of QA Activities for TPM MCA Monitoring
Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience (6+ Years in Case of Chartered Accountants)
Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience and track record in running and managing a diverse team in a complex and matrixed organization, delivering tangible results
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
Strong leadership skills with ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations
Advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills
Executive management presence and presentation skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks
Ability to solve complex issues and apply an appropriate risk management response
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present information in a succinct format to management
Attention to detail and ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, capacity plans
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
