Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities
Conduct accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to meet company profitability goals.
Lead estimating efforts on projects to ensure accurate and consistent bid-to-build process.
Coordinate with the Chief Operations Officer and Superintendents to manage resources and meet project schedules.
Develop comprehensive project plans and foster strong client relationships.
Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.
Review specifications/plans, perform take-offs, determine scope of work, and communicate the same.
Participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure bid accuracy and evaluate project feasibility.
Coordinate with project teams to develop plans for project start-up and successful kick-off.
Ensure accurate construction reports for continuous performance improvement.
Manage and submit shop drawings and job communication using Bluebeam and Sage for accounting purposes.

5 years of experience in estimating or project management.
Experience in municipality work building water treatment plants and pools.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
5+ years in commercial construction management, preferably within municipal work.
Experience overseeing and managing subcontractors.
Work Environment
The role requires less than 20% travel.
The workweek consists of a 4-day workweek with a half-day on Friday.
