About the Benefits Administration Associate role :

As a Benefits Administration Associate, you will contribute as part of a team to provide administration support and pension administration tasks. You will perform plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ benefit plans work with the client service delivery team as well as interface with clients and vendors to answer questions, resolve issues and complete projects.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Basic pension knowledge preferred

  • Reporting and data analysis experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Willing to assist with training

  • Flexibility to adapt to change

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively multi-task

  • High school diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine payroll related plan administration tasks for clients’ benefit plans.

  • Process cases from participant inquiries, verifying accuracy of information and researching/investigating past service, and related credits.

  • Perform audits based on gathered historical data and gather info/back up for various audits

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and productivity

  • Communicate with client and banking vendors as needed

  • Generate reports for internal and external clients.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $36480 - $45600.
