Project Accountant
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Working with construction project managers and outside vendors and subcontractors to develop purchase orders and subcontracts for multiple ongoing commercial construction projects.
Gathering and keeping current on subcontractor and supplier compliance including: current quotations, packing lists and proof of delivery, insurance compliance, and lien waiver tracking.
Gathering credit card receipts monthly from all cardholders.
The position is fast paced and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in a commercial construction environment is preferred, with three to five years of work in the area of accounts payable and billing. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required and a knowledge of Computer-Ease and/or Plexxis ERP is a plus.
A team player and can-do attitude is a must.
