We pride ourselves on our ability to meet those needs of our clients through coordinated team efforts and excellent communication with clients and their families Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year You’ll play a vital role in our mission by: * Answering phones to work with clients and caregivers * Interacting with potential new clients by reviewing services and scheduling intakes * Utilizing enterprise services to update requested schedules and care needs * Recruiting and interviewing new caregivers What We Offer: * 15 PTO days * Medical and Dental Insurance * 401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match * Work from home Friday’s To excel in this role, you should possess: * Relevant experience, especially in home care and scheduling * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills * A pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help others * Creative problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail
