Robert Half Sales Enablement Program Manager in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

Description

Robert Half is looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement Program Manager for a fully remote contract position in the tech industry. The role involves working closely with marketing and sales managers to ensure deliverables are met within the set timelines. This is a 3 month contract employment opportunity, with up to 40hrs/week in the telecom industry, requiring skills in Project Management and Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Track deliverables and work with key stakeholders to ensure assets are gathered.

• Collaborate with different teams to align on timelines for various projects.

• Hold all parties accountable to deadlines to ensure the smooth running of projects.

• Use Project Management skills to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines.

• Apply Enterprise Sales skills to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

• Regularly report on project status and escalate issues as necessary.

• Foster an environment of accountability among team members and subcontractors.

• Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

• Participate in team meetings and meetings with clients.

• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Program Manager role or similar position - preferably in the tech or software industry

• Proven expertise in Project Management is essential

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools would be advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to drive program strategy and implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
