Robert Half Administrative Assistant in CHEVY CHASE, Maryland

You will be a good fit for this position if you can perform various administrative and office support duties. This short-term contract / temporary position is a terrific Administrative Assistant opportunity and is based in the Chevy Chase, Maryland area.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

  • Greet and guide visitors

  • Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Ability to use the internet for research

    • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance

  • Strong familiarity with commercial real estate

  • Background working with Microsoft Excel

  • Earlier work involving Maintain Documentation

  • Commercial real estate experience

  • General familiarity with Ordering Office Supplies

  • Adeptness in Administrative Office

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Receptionist Duties experience highly preferred

  • Corporate Real Estate experience

  • Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Commercial Real Estate Investment experience preferred
