We are hiring for an Operations Support Analyst to join our Data Management Team.

The Operations Support Analyst is a dynamic role that will encompass overall support and maintenance of member and provider data. This position reports to the Supervisor, Data Management.

Collaboration Opportunities:

The Operations Support Analyst will collaborate with many teams across the organization to help resolve requests related to member and provider data.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintenance of member and provider data within Evolent’s Utilization Management and Claims Platforms

  • Responsible for managing concurrent projects as assigned

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships, internally and externally

  • Working on special projects

  • Communication to management

  • Maintain contractual service level and/or operational level agreements, as applicable

  • Moderate to complex data analysis using Excel and SQL

  • Cross-domain collaboration for escalated issues and/or process improvement

  • Oversight of daily inventories in JIRA Dashboard

  • Perform quality audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Update member and provider data with accuracy and complete quality review in a timely manner

  • Ability to work in an agile space and adapt to fluctuating situations

  • Takes initiative and works independently

  • Ability to time manage and reprioritize tasks/projects as appropriate

Qualifications – Required and Preferred:

  • BA preferred or equivalent work experience (Required)

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare field related to member and provider enrollment, provider services and/or configuration (Required)

  • General understanding of US health care, Managed Care Organizations, and/or third-party administrator (Required)

  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills in the following Microsoft Office based environments (Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, Outlook) (Required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)

  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills (Required)

  • SQL Server Experience (Preferred)

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $25.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
