IHG Sales Manager - Corporate at InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping in Chiang Mai, Thailand
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth with corporate clients in the luxury hotel industry
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets for the InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping
Build strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers in the luxury hotel industry
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new business opportunities for the InterContinental Chiang Mai Mae Ping
Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed for the hotel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the luxury hotel industry
Experience managing and leading a sales team in a hotel setting
Strong communication and negotiation skills in the luxury hotel industry
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions for a luxury hotel property
A self-starter with a results-driven approach to sales in the luxury hotel sector
