【必須経験/資格】

  • 工場経理経験5年以上 FP&A業務経験あれば尚可

  • 英語(TOEIC600点以上、英語でのメールのやり取りに支障のない程度)

  • 日商簿記2級以上又は同等の資格

【給与レンジ】

賞与:6か月

年収:850万円~1,000万円(残業代含む、但し深夜残業手当は別途支給)

8:45〜17:30 昼休1時間(スーパーフレックス勤務可)

業務に慣れてくれば在宅勤務可。

【職務内容】

工場経理業務:

・工場経理課の人員管理およびタスク管理。

・標準個別原価計算:システムで集計するが一部金額修正等を行う

・在庫振替、費用配賦、出荷に関わる各種仕訳データ作成、システムへの登録

・工場収支管理分析: 物件別の収支管理及び分析

・経費管理: 関係部門と月次予測をまとめ予実差異(配賦差異)分析を行う

・帳簿管理: 工場棚卸資産勘定の総勘定元帳と補助元帳管理を行い、差異がある場合はその要因を確認する

・工場出荷金額計上: プライスリストに基づき出荷金額を算出しシステムに計上する

・棚卸集計/過剰在庫集計分析: 年次棚卸集計分析を行い、定期的に過剰在庫集計を行う

・標準原価評価替: 年に一度標準原価改定を行い在庫評価額見直しを行う

・その他NOLEC経理関連業務: サービスセンター経理業務、エンジニア費用予算/実績管理 等

Position: Works Accounting Manager

Requirements:

  • Works Accounting, those who would willing to learn financial planning and analysis work in the future preferable.

  • Understand standard Job Order Cost Accounting and be familiar with factory operations.

  • Reporting directly to NOLEC Finance Manager.

Required experience/qualifications:

  • 5 years or more of works accounting experience essential, financial planning and analysis work experience preferable

  • English (TOEIC score 600 or above, enough to communicate via email in English)

  • Bookkeeping level 2 or above

  • Japanese (Native)

Job Description: (Responsible for some of the following tasks)

  • Works Accounting Section staff and task management.

  • Inventory transfer, expense allocation, various accounting entries related to shipping.

  • Factory income and expenditure management/analysis: Manage income and expenditure for each elevator/escalator and analyze the profit/loss.

  • Expense management: Compile monthly forecasts with related departments and analyze budget-actual variances.

  • GL/Subledger management: Perform general ledger and subledger management for factory inventory accounts

  • Factory shipping amount recording: Calculate the shipping amount based on the price list and record in ledger.

  • Inventory aggregation/Excess & Obsolete inventory analysis: Perform annual physical stocktaking aggregation, analysis and regularly perform excess inventory aggregation

  • Standard cost evaluation: Standard cost is revised once a year and inventory valuation is reviewed.

  • Other NOLEC accounting-related operations: CAPEX management in NOLEC, Service Center accounting operations,

  • Engineering expense budget, actual expenditure aggregation and management, etc.

  • Cooperative and can work in a team

  • Strong desire to improve and agility

  • Interested in digital technology and would like to participate in and promote digitalization of operations
