*【職務】 * 間接購買に関わるソーシング戦略策定/実行、コストセービング、サプライヤーマネジメント、リスク管理、課員マネジメント

担当領域:ロジスティクスサービス、業務外注、不動産、通信サービス、IT、カーリース、MRO、トラベル、資材、設備管理サービス、金融サービス、エネルギー等

【要件】

  • 間接購買業務、マネジメント業務の経験

  • スペンド分析、コスト分析に基づいた戦略的アプローチ、戦略的思考が出来る方

  • 業務プロセスの改善と立案及び実行の経験

【求められるスキル・経験】

各部門と連動したソーシング戦略企画(新規サプライヤー開拓:海外メーカー含む) スペンド分析、コスト分析 QCD、財務の観点によるサプライヤー評価 他部門、APAC、US本社とのコミュニケーション、折衝 ピープルマネジメント、目標管理、プロジェクトマネジメント サプライヤーとの価格交渉 英語 ビジネスレベル(メール、会議、電話、レポート作成、プレゼンテーション(資料作成と発表))

【働き方】

出張:あり(月0~2回程度)

ワークスタイル:リモートワーク週3-4回可(応相談)※着任後2週間程度は部内コミュニケーションを重視し原則オフィス出勤

一次面接:戦略購買部長、NOLEC HRBP

二次面接:人事取締役、NOLEC Contract Logistics & Parts Center本部長、サプライチェーン統括部長

Roles:

  • Create procurement strategies for indirect purchasing in terms of cost & supply risk based on spending analysis.

  • Lead strategies & projects to drive forward.

  • Negotiation on price & business condition with vendors.

  • Execute Cost analysis & price verification.

  • Initiate improvement plan for working process and drive forward.

Responsibility:

  • Cost control for the assigned category, progress reporting, and achieving savings targets.

  • Secure sustainable & stable supply from vendors.

  • Conduct meetings in English.

  • Make reporting materials with English.
