State Farm Insurance Agencyoffice is hiring for an in-office positionAgent\'s Executive Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member.We prefer candidates who already possess their insurance licenses; however, we\'d consider other candidates who are self-motivated, results oriented, possess strong work ethics, and are personable.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, insurance billing clarification, etc.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Continuous network to develop and sell insurance products to prospective insurance customers
  • Review policies to discover gaps and cross sell existing insurance customers based on their needs

The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by various factors including education, insurance licenses and insurance agency experience.
