Actalent Architectural Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois

An Architecture and Interior Design firm in the Loop is looking to add an Architectural Project Manager to their team!

Job Description:

  • Work with clients to create and manage project plans

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing and RFP/RFQ materials

  • Create project proposals, contracts and monthly client billing amounts

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients and other team members to ensure project completion

  • Participate in team meetings and assist project managers with defining project work plans

  • Assist with management and preparation of documents throughout all project phases, from preliminary design through construction administration

  • Participates in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets and adherence to schedule

  • Performs construction observation tasks including submittal review, request for information responses, field observations, and meeting minutes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university

  • 4+ years of post-graduate experience

  • Strong proficiency in Revit

  • Previous project management experience is highly preferred

  • Architectural License is a plus, but not required

  • Experience with educational, institutional, municipal, or medical office building projects is required
