Actalent Architectural Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois
An Architecture and Interior Design firm in the Loop is looking to add an Architectural Project Manager to their team!
Job Description:
Work with clients to create and manage project plans
Assist with the preparation of marketing and RFP/RFQ materials
Create project proposals, contracts and monthly client billing amounts
Coordinate with consultants, clients and other team members to ensure project completion
Participate in team meetings and assist project managers with defining project work plans
Assist with management and preparation of documents throughout all project phases, from preliminary design through construction administration
Participates in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets and adherence to schedule
Performs construction observation tasks including submittal review, request for information responses, field observations, and meeting minutes
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university
4+ years of post-graduate experience
Strong proficiency in Revit
Previous project management experience is highly preferred
Architectural License is a plus, but not required
Experience with educational, institutional, municipal, or medical office building projects is required
