The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparation and assembly of all pastry components for Cindy's Rooftop restaurant service, in-room dining, as well as banquet events, as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards. This individual will assist higher level bakers and will be responsible in maintaining a clean and organized station and kitchen areas. Additional duties may be assigned by the Pastry Chef and/or other managers based on operational needs.

Qualifications:
Requires good communication skills.
At least 1-2 years of previous baking/pastry experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related baking experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic baking skills.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Requires moderate supervision and training.
Availability to work holidays and weekends is required for this position.
Availability to work mornings and early evenings is required for this position.
