Job Description
The Brand Manager, Cheese will help drive demand for Borden Cheese and Cache Valley Creamery Cheese by creating consumer and customer demand. The brand manager will develop, create, and execute marketing plans in support of long-term strategies. Accountable for helping to deliver the overall business goals, this position supports the cross-functional team across communications, innovation, packaging, and long-term strategy development.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies that create consumer and customer demand
Lead internal team and agencies from brief writing and timeline development through execution and reporting for media, creative, social media, shopper marketing and other projects
Support innovation pipeline creation from research through product commercialization and support
Manage marketing budget from recommendation through tracking
Provide regular analysis and recommendations across various KPIs
Coach, develop, and motivate team

Requirements
6+ years of experience (3+ in CPG marketing, brand management preferred)
Prior management experience required
MBA preferred
Ability to influence management, lead and support cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects and brands
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
