DATA ANALYST - IN OFFICE POSITION
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago. We are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst that will focus on client information and reporting.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, In-office.

What You'll Do:
Complete regular reporting and special projects as assigned
Participate in team and firm projects upon request, which may include creating charts/graphs for client deliverables and data analysis
Routinely perform a complete analysis of individual projects and serve as subject matter expert, sometimes at a very granular level
Provide project support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and client deliverables
Track and report on client portfolio performance, clearly communicating project metrics, expectations, trends, and expected outcomes
Development of frameworks for determining effectiveness of products and processes
Provide accurate and insightful interpretation of MLG data to support continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications - SQL a plus
Critical thinking skills, self-starter with excellent follow-up abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and persuasively present data
Professional and positive approach with strong work ethic and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
