Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.

  • Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and facilitating communication.

  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team and enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
