This position is responsible for providing technical support for JBT Autonomous Guided Vehicles Systems located in Southern Michigan or Northern Ohio. This position is responsible for the overall management and maintenance and support of the JBT Automated Transport Systems including AGVs, batteries, ATS servers and associated peripherals, carts and identifying issues with ATS cart washers and elevators that would require coordination with elevator and cart washer repair technicians.

\ \ Responsibilities\ \

Responsibilities:

• Perform regularly scheduled preventive maintenance services as well as on-call maintenance for JBT AGVs and systems currently in operation
• Diagnose and repair AGV and system related issues
• Assist in upgrades/retrofits requiring vehicle modifications
• Assist with AGV component repairs when/if necessary
• Monitor and maintain on-site parts inventory and parts orders
• Provide AGV systems operations support for new / modified systems and start-ups
• Stay current with the latest designs, features and equipment that JBT Automated Systems offers. The organization\'s matrix environment requires tact, diplomacy and strong prioritization skills to accomplish the numerous, often conflicting, daily support requirements.
• Must have ability to respond to emergency situations which may require frequent schedule changes/adjustments based on the customer\'s needs with minimal time to prepare.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (BSEE or BSME) from four-year college or university.
