Exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry. You will be working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where you will be expected to collaborate with various teams to analyze and influence business outcomes. The role entails processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records and dealing with customer inquiries, as well as monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance partners to assist in the preparation of Board decks for upper management
• Work with other finance associates and with Accounting to improve forecast accuracy by assisting in the development of a monthly P& L forecast
• Provide strategic insights to leadership by creating detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports, supporting informed decision-making
• Lead the monthly Finance / Check-in meeting and provide budget owners with specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary on variances
• Assist in the development and maintenance of budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools
• Support the business performance presentation to upper management by preparing consolidation of monthly P& L vs. plan/LBE/ LY, including volume, NNS, EVA, financial bridges, hedging reporting, historical trends, and SG& A performance
• Assist in the month-end financial close of assigned components of the P& L including identification and resolution of unusual items in a timely manner
• Aid in the preparation and consolidation of the LBE, annual operating plan and marketing, and sales dialog financials
• Assist in the preparation of Full Cost-Benefit analysis.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience in Forecasting
