Freedman Seating Company is a manufacturer of transportation seating products for a variety of vehicles, including buses, the railway, delivery trucks, commercial and marine seating. They have been in business since 1892 and are headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Drives propane, sit-down industrial truck equipped with lifting device to move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties:
Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
Positions fork over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials transports load to designated area.
Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
Inventories materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed.
Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
Load or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, and delivery trucks.
Lubricates truck and swaps propane tanks.
Other duties as assigned.
