Overview\ This role will support PepsiCo Foods North Americas global procurement productivity agenda in support of total productivity and financial metrics. This role is part of the PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) GP Productivity, Supplier Relationship Management, Design to Value, Digital, Capabilities and Productivity team.

This role is responsible for GP productivity across PFNA including Frito Lay and Quaker business units. The team member will become a key leader in driving productivity through collaboration within GP (ingredients, packaging, commodity, etc teams) as well as cross functional partners (Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Food Safety, Marketing, etc).

The role is responsible for delivery of productivity, cost avoidance in year as well as development of a long-term productivity strategy. The individual must be capable of working cross functionally within the business as well as leading and influencing senior leaders. This position will have one direct report.

Responsibilities\ * Deliver annual financial metrics across PFNA productivity to include Frito-Lay North America (FLNA) and Quaker BUs.\ * Lead a direct report in support of the productivity agenda, providing guidance, mentorship and leadership.\ * Build a multi-year pipeline of savings opportunities and long-term productivity strategy.\ * Support the advancement of the Lean Six Sigma culture collaborating across North America (PBNA, Corp) to ensure robust pipeline of LSS projects as well as talent participating in LSS training and project completion.\ * Identify, resource, develop projects and support sell-in and execution of projects in partnership with key stakeholders.\ * Must possess key project management skill sets critical to analyzing and ensuring flawless execution through implementation of all strategic business initiatives related to productivity.\ * Collaborate with productivity partners (plant, HQ, R&D, etc) to deliver a seamless productivity network across the supply chain.\ * Additional accountabilities could include support of other categories within the PFNA GP Productivity, Supplier Relationship Management, Design to Value, Digital, Capabilities and Productivity team as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$114,700 - \$192,100 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications\ * Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or similar. MBA a plus.\ * 8-10 years of related experience in procurement, finance, supply chain or similar functions.\ * Must have demonstrated strong leadership and influence skills and be able to function effectively in a cross-functional, team environment.\ * Develops detailed performance targets and accountability frameworks for delivering results.\ * Familiar with plant operations or a willingness to swiftly learn.\ * Familiar with global procurement categories, buying strategies and productivity frameworks.\ * Familiar with Financial metrics, P&L, productivity frameworks and overall controls\ * Excels at cross functional collabo ation and influencing through senior leadership levels.\ * Translates business strategies into action plans. Effectively leads change with an ability to influence multiple levels across the organization.\ * Identifies and recommends new sources of productivity to drive savings.\ * Is a thought leader in driving continuous improvement in processes to deliver improved business results.\ * Strong communication skills and able to clearly communicate vison, gain alignment, and influence stakeholders across all organization levels (internally and externally)\ * Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and collaboration across multiple functions and levels.\ * Strong project management skills. Ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage and prioritize competing priorities.\ * Ability to influences others through reasoning and relationships, and understands how to operate in a matrix organization and use networks appropriately to get things done.\ * Ability to independently manage programs and successfully function in an ambiguous environment.
