  • Project and Program Accountability and progress tracking: The HR Program Manager will track the progress of HR projects and programs, ensuring they stay on track and within scope. They will provide regular updates to the VP of HR, highlighting any issues or delays, which will allow the VP to intervene or adjust strategies as needed.
