Job Summary

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables per the client’s needs

  • Define project requirements and resource tasks

  • Develop full-scale project plans

  • Track project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope and budget

  • Develop scope of work statements, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models, and action plans

  • Maintain control of project schedule, project staff resources, budget, and risks, while facilitating timely discussions and decisions

  • Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives

  • Partner with business functional areas to improve processes and realize efficiencies; and perform other duties as assigned

  • Direct and participates in all activities related to the selection and installation of telephone facilities and special on-premises equipment

  • Use formal project management documentation and technical tools such as Microsoft Foundation Server and performs quality assurance and testing of for the MPI

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Experience as a senior level consultant experienced

  • Experience meeting with stakeholders to analyze and document existing business processes and technical issues and recommend business improvement opportunities

  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects

  • Experience with project controls, project management and phases

  • Experience analyzing, interpreting information and implementing recommended changes in project management policy, planning and budgeting

  • Experience in systems analysis, broad-based knowledge or business environment

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
