Position Overview:
The Sales Training and Logistics Specialist will oversee and manage the end-to-end technology and logistics for the Sales Force Development department. This role will ensure seamless execution of all training workshops, from roster management and material ordering to pre- and post-workshop surveys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data tracking, reporting, and administering the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, this role will maintain and manage the internal department intranet pages, providing timely updates and ensuring ease of access to training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Workshop Management:
Oversee all logistical aspects of sales training workshops, including:
Roster management and participant tracking.
Coordination and ordering of training materials.
Administration of pre- and post-workshop surveys.
Ensuring smooth workshop execution through technology setup and troubleshooting.
Data Management, Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and track training attendance, participation, and completion.
Provide regular reporting on training program effectiveness, including analysis of survey feedback, training outcomes, and key performance metrics.
Identify trends and provide insights to enhance future training programs.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage the LMS (Cornerstone or equivalent), including course uploads, user enrollment, troubleshooting, and performance tracking.
Maintain accurate records of course completion and certification tracking for all sales personnel.
Coordinate with the LMS vendor to resolve any issues and ensure system upgrades are implemented seamlessly.
Technology Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related aspects of sales training, including CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), Poll Everywhere, and other digital tools.
Provide technical support during training sessions, ensuring all platforms and tools function properly.
Continuously explore and recommend new technologies that could improve the effectiveness of sales training.
Internal Intranet Page Management:
Manage and update the internal department’s intranet pages with the latest training materials, resources, and announcements.
Ensure that all content is accurate, easily accessible, and aligned with the overall objectives of the sales training program.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the Sales Force Development team, as well as other departments, to ensure that training initiatives align with business goals.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and technology vendors, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of training tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a training or technology management role, preferably in sales training or learning and development.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with LMS administration (Cornerstone preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Experience with interactive tools like Poll Everywhere a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage workshops and handle all aspects of logistics and technology .
Proven track record in data analysis , tracking, and reporting of training outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of intranet content management and best practices.

_Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
