What will you be doing?

You will play a critical role in ensuring that high-impact organizational initiatives (such as business process and technology transformation, organizational structure changes, etc.) are delivered on time and on budget. Partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will design and implement change management strategies and plans that enable faster employee adoption and higher change utilization. Additionally, you will minimize business disruption by proactively identifying changes that will impact employees\' daily work and productivity. The successful implementation of business improvements, along with well-executed change management will result in value creation, increased ROI, and the ultimate achievement of Circana\'s strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Refine and Apply Structured Change Methodology: Leverage Circana\'s structured change methodology and lead change management strategies and activities. Refine the methodology over time and develop processes and tools that support the adoption of changes required by each initiative.
  • People Leadership: Mentor and manage 1 direct report, and together, work collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders in our Commercial, Technology/Product, Finance/Corporate Strategy, Legal, IT, HR, and Marketing divisions to design and lead successful change management activities.
  • Co-Design and Support Communications Efforts: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Marketing and HR to enable the design, development, and delivery of impactful communications for change initiatives.
  • Co-Design and Support Impactful Training Efforts: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in HR and the business by providing input, documenting learning requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training and adoption programs that enable the successful execution of change management plans.
  • Measure Risks and Impact: Identify success metrics at the beginning of each change initiative, assess change readiness, and conduct regular impact and risk mitigation analyses.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience and demonstrated success leading large-scale, enterprise-wide, global organizational change efforts, either as an internal change manager or as a consultant on client projects
  • Proven understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and the change process
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Strong consultative skills, including the ability to be a proactive advisor to the business and excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships at all levels to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy, problem- olving, and root-cause identification skills
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with a product mindset and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, industrial/organizational psychology, marketing/communications, or a related field
  • Certification or designation in change management preferred
