Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
Description We are offering an engaging opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry. The position is based in CHICAGO, Illinois, 60631-3515, United States. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be managing financial processes and ensuring accurate records of transactions, as well as resolving financial inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee supply chain management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate records
• Use Tipalti for efficient financial management and transactions
• Utilize NetSuite for enhanced business management
• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Process credit applications of customers with precision and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and updated records of customer credit information
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to finance
• Assist in year-end financial activities for smooth transition into the new year. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Reconciliation
• Experience working with financial software systems, specifically Tipalti and NetSuite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
• Familiarity with financial regulations and legislation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proven track record of improving financial processes and efficiencies.
