Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join one of our largest healthcare clients' enterprise PMO organization. The project you'll take on is aligned to a marketing organization internal to the company that needs support with requirement definition, prioritization, and tool optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of a new management tool aimed at streamlining operations for greater efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and senior leadership, in a highly matrixed and complex environment. You'll manage both technology and business milestones so experience supporting technology-centric projects is important for success. Teams in scope are running hybrid Waterfall and Agile so looking for an Project Manager who has experience managing projects via Agile and Waterfall. Your expertise in project management, combined with a deep understanding of Healthcare/Medicare are critical to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of the new system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a healthcare or marketing environment.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Project Management experience using agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Healthcare experience, specifically surrounding Medicare

-Experience leading end-to-end software projects from initiation through implementation

-Experience with work management tools (e.g., Rally, RTC, JIRA, etc.) null
