Notes from manager: Asset Management Analyst - I need a contractor to help with our asset recovery program. They are going to be doing some work in servicenow, emailing people to try to get their laptops back, and record keeping from it. Knowledge of Excel/Google sheets is helpful and they need an eye for details.
As an IT Inventory Management Associate you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of both hardware and software assets, utilizing ServiceNow to maintain accurate records, optimize software usage, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

Must have at least 3 years of analyst work in a large IT or finance organization
Must have at least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, inventory mgmt. or related fields.
Experience in analyzing data and generating reports to drive decision-making
IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) certification required
ITIL Foundations or higher-level certification
Certifications in ServiceNow or HAM-related fields such as Certified Hardware Asset Manager a plus
US work authorization
