About The Role:
As a CBRE Surveying Project Manager, you will be responsible for having knowledge of ALTA Surveys, Cell Tower Surveys, As-built Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property, and Boundary Surveys experience. You'll analyze field work, calculate the boundary, review and add the title matters, and obtain any direction and guidance from the Professional Land Surveyor in Responsible Charge.
What You'll Do:
Prepare commercial real estate surveys and manage drafting assignments.
Prepare cell tower surveys, 1A letters, height verification letters or 2C letters, flood zone determination, and elevation certificates.
Review title commitments, title documents, and zoning reports and incorporates resulting information into the land survey.
Demonstrate an understanding of sectionalized land.
Maintain the ability to calculate boundaries and plot easements.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Associate's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Surveyor license preferred.
LSIT preferred.
Knowledge with: Total Stations, GPS, Data Collectors, Metal Detectors, General surveying equipment, 2018 version of Carlson software.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Survey Project Manager position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Survey Project Manager position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
