Overview:
We are seeking a highly adaptable Technical Project Manager in Chicago, IL to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and enjoys tackling new challenges head-on. You will be responsible for managing a variety of API-based projects by supporting a number of teams, inside a very important, strategic customer, each with its own unique scope and timeline. Your ability to pivot quickly and efficiently will be essential to ensuring project success.
The Task-at-Hand:
• Become an expert in Dynamic Yield's QSR vertical (Quick Service Restaurants)
• Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of complex technical projects, ensuring the customer and your internal teams have the resources needed to progress and meet technical timelines.
• Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review technical projects and open issue investigations
• Collaborate effectively and communicate necessary actions proactively and concisely to the relevant teams
• Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements, maintaining a flexible approach
• Become a trusted advisor to one of our most important customers, facilitating technical support across our Product, R&D, Support and Customer Success teams, as well as different teams within the customer’s organization
• Develop new processes to facilitate smoother and more efficient operations
• Drive continuous improvement, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a project management role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (Experience with project management in a SaaS environment will be preferred)
• Must be fluent in English

• Strong organization skills, able to productively document and track details, tasks, and timelines

• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
• Basic understanding of APIs and technical concepts is required
Base Salary- $110k-$120k
Must be based hybrid out of Chicago,IL

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
