UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring a Technology Product Manager (ref. Code 001257 in Chicago, IL.
Duties: Co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning). Drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members. Act as functional product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers. Ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights). Support pod objective and key results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals. Ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance and maintainability).
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Technology and Management, Engineering (Any) or a related field of study. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Technology and Management, Engineering (Any) or a related field of study and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as an Associate, Engineer, Analyst or a related occupation in lieu of Masters degree.
