Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will assist with budget development, execution, forecasting, trending, analysis and detailed financial reporting on direct funding. You will provide recommendations and present quality reports and analysis to the customer and senior analysts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications DA-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Extracting data from automated systems and formatting into reports; 2) Assisting with financial analysis and interpretation and evaluation of funding plans; 3) Tracking funding, validating expenses, reviewing transactions in accounting system, and reconciling accounts; 4) Making recommendations for financial data corrections. DA-02 Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors; 2) Gathering pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 3) Planning and organizing work 4) Communicating effectively orally and writing.
