This position breaks down travelers and other important historical records for collection and input of TTM data into the internal databases. Reviews data collected by lot, verifies for accuracy, and sorts the information prior to scanning the data. This position also tracks certificates of compliance and accurate associates the information with the proper processed production This position maintains the historical documentation database designed for storage and record retention. Duties and Responsibilities: Gather and track PCB lot information and enter the data into customer database. Compile and maintain TTM data (the database) for historical records Gather and find applicable forms for record retention. Assist in the verification, sorting and filing of certificates of conformance for raw materials Attention to detail to ensure no historical records are store incorrectly or lost Implement own recommendations and see projects through to completion. Recommend and implement improvements to processes increasing efficiency. Ability to communicate effectively Ability to give and receive information accurately. Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic.
