Position: APAC LTS Technical Leader Maintenance

Reports to: APAC LTS Manager

Location: Amata, Chonburi

The APAC Rx Ops covers 4 sub-regions – India South Asia (domestic market), Japan & Overseas, Australia & New-Zealand, Southesat Asia + Korea.

The mission of the APAC LTS Technical leader Maintenance will be to bring technical support to the labs, ensure that standard PCPs are properly applied in the Labs, Lead techno-clubs, animate APAC engineering network.

Your day in the APAC LTS Team

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define the right documentation and training material for any new Technology, processes, consumables evolution.

  • Ensure safety is involved and validate any new Technologies or set-up of processes.

  • Ensure all the Technical teams (Maintenance, Process Engineers, Quality etc...) are well trained to support any new Technology. Support the Technical Skills Training in AMERA by animating various sessions of Training.

  • Perform Technical audits in AMERA and be able to evaluate periodically the PCP.

  • Be the main contact with Global Engineering in case of specific support needs.

  • Reactivity and raise issues & blocking points to manager.

  • New products launch: Coordinate with Ge and SC to ensure a successful product launch with highest customer satisfaction.

EHS – Sustainability :

  • Ensure with EHS there is no impact (or it is manageable) on environment of any consumables and raw material

  • Commit to entity safety policies and procedures

  • To maintain and enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace by respecting EHS rules (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)

  • Implement BBS, near miss and waste management programs in your department in line with Corporate requirements

  • Be a leader in implementing, improving and proposing energy efficient processes.

  • Treat environmental topics with the same priority level as any other business, product or technical topics.

Compliance:

  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements; manage the related audits or participate to them if appropriated

  • Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues

Your success in this position will be measured as follow

  • Achieve cost savings as per Budget and ambitions

  • Savings by building Zone level pricing with each equipment supplier.

  • Savings by ensuring the repairs of required and at the right price.

  • Ensure the 30M EUR+ Zone assets are fully under control and properly maintained.

  • Build standard KPIs in term of Cost per Lens for Maintenance & Utilities

Must have;

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical/IT engineering or equivalent

  • 5 to 10 years of work experience within production, engineering or R&D ideally in Rx manufacturing with the accountability of and maintenance responsibility for processes, machinery park

  • Strong Project management skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude

  • Continuous improvement and proactive attitude

  • Team player

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
