We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance and repair of high voltage equipment, robotics, and PLC programming.
Job Description
As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance team and ensuring the efficient
operation of all electrical systems within our manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing the repair and maintenance of high voltage equipment,
robotics, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing
environment and proven experience in high voltage equipment and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team,providing guidance and support.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of high voltage equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Manage the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of PLC systems.
Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of robotic systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
Qualifications
MUST BE ABLE TO ROTATE FROM DAYS TO NIGHTS MONTHLY
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge of high voltage equipment maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Experience with robotic systems and automation technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
