Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Repair and maintain building and machinery at the facility. Perform various repairs and work alongside the electrical team to troubleshoot issues. Work with motors, pneumatic controls, hydraulics, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and more. Safety is a priority, including lockout tag out, personal safety standards, OHSA, and Hot Work Permits. Install new equipment and work with 480V.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain building and machinery at the facility.
Perform various repairs and collaborate with the electrical team to troubleshoot issues.
Work with motors and other pneumatic controls.
Handle hydraulics, refrigeration, plumbing, and boilers.
Prioritize safety, including lockout tag out, personal safety standards, OHSA, and Hot Work Permits.
Install new equipment.
Work with 480V electrical systems.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting
Maintenance technician skills
Electrical and mechanical skills
Experience with piping and mechanical maintenance
Knowledge of pumps and pump control
Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise
Welding
Ability to read blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years in maintenance
Experience with pumps and motors
Metal manufacturing experience (nice to have)
PLC knowledge (nice to have)
