Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care Admissions RN - Hospice Registered Nurse in Cincinnati, Ohio
The Admissions Registered Nurse supports the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact to patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
RN Qualifications:
2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience required
An active, unencumbered state RN license
Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
Hospice or Home Health experience required
Must have a reliable car for transportation
