AAA Mid Atlantic Associate Specialist, Accounts Payable in Cincinnati, Ohio

AAA Club Alliance is hiring for an Associate Accounts Payable Specialist for our Cincinnati, OH (Central Parkway) location. This position is responsible for processing general Accounts Payable for AAA Club Alliance in an accurate and timely manner, following established guidelines and corporate policies.

The primary duties are:

  • Processes both internal and external mail for distribution for signature approval & general ledger coding.

  • Utilize department Imaging System to assist in the research and resolution of invoice discrepancies.

  • Processes invoices, check requisitions, expense reports and petty cash requests via an automated Accounts Payable System.

  • Completes special projects / tasks assigned upon request of supervisor.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in an automated Accounts Payable environment.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills to enable the accurate completion of assignments.

  • PC literacy in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience in Automated Accounting Systems

  • Accurate numerical ability as well as data processing skills.

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems using various software tools.

  • Experience with Excel - Vlookup and Pivot Tables
