AAA Mid Atlantic Car Wash Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

AAA Auto Wash is actively hiring for a Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH!

This position is responsible for assisting the Car Wash Manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility, providing direction to staff on workflow (both directly and indirectly), managing inventory and handling customer questions and issues.

The primary duties of the Car Wash Assistant Manager are to:

  • Greet and interact with customers to help ensure a great wash experience.

  • Maintain quality of the car wash service and maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility.

  • Assist with the opening and closing of facility.

  • Assist with workflow and provide direction to associates.

  • Monitor service quality and minimize customer incidents.

  • Resolve customer service issues and complaints promptly.

  • May assist with recruitment and training of all location personnel.

  • Order and maintain daily inventory supplies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2-3+ years’ of customer service experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

  • Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results, including criminal and drug screening.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively train, retain, and motivate employees.

  • Ability to promptly and effectively interact and at times de-escalate issues with customers.

  • Ability to concisely communicate a plan for dealing with customer service issues that arise.

  • Authorized to work in the USA
