DELOITTE CONSULTING LLP Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in CINCINNATI, Ohio

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.      • 80% Travel required nationally      • Telecommuting permitted      • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:      • Utilizing Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodology to lead information technology projects including Full-Stack Development, Application Maintenance, Web Development, and Application Modernization;      • Participating in teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) Diagrams, Structured Query Language (SQL) Developer, Eclipse, JUnit, GitHub, and Apache Tomcat;      • Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients using Gantt Charts, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft (MS) Office;      • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Objects and Key Results (OKR), use case analysis, technical discovery, user story mapping, and wireframes;      • Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Jira and Confluence; and      • Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing Eclipse, Spring Framework, JUnit, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle WebLogic Server, and GitHub.

Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
