Insight Global Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description

Day to day:

An outdoor furnishing client of Insight Global's is looking to hire two Customer Service Representatives in Cincinnati, OH. The Customer Service Representative will interact with Watson's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This position will be on-site M-F 40 hours/week with overtime available. Weekend work is required.

Shift Options: Flexible!

During the Week:

10am-6pm

11:30am-8pm

Must work Minimum one weekend day:

Saturday 10-6

Sunday 12-6

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

* Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

* Fields customer questions and complaints.

* Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.

* Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

* Excellent communication skills including active listening.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Any experience within indoor/outdoor furniture, home recreation products (pools, hot tubs, etc.), or automotive service.

* Mechanically minded.

* High school diploma or equivalent. null
