Description Are you a skilled and motivated leader in Cincinnati, OH with a passion for optimizing field service operations? Join our team as a Field Service Manager where you'll play a crucial role in managing our field service business across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a drive to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Oversee the field service business operations throughout the U.S. Coordinate field service and equipment/server upgrades among Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service, and end-users. Drive service revenue growth by recruiting, training, and managing regional service technicians. Boost aftermarket parts sales through effective field service operations. Manage preventative and troubleshooting contracts, ensuring purchase orders are secured and services are delivered efficiently. Ensure timely invoice submissions and monitor payment status. Maintain a master schedule for field service technicians in Salesforce.com. Prepare and submit expense reports for field-related costs. Arrange and manage travel schedules efficiently. Provide post-installation support. What You'll Get Schedule: Full-time onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with less than 25% travel required. Pay: $75,000 - 85,000/year based on experience.
