UC Health is hiring a PRN HR Preboarding Specialist
The HR Pre-boarding Specialist is responsible for pre-boarding and workforce development efforts focused on assisting candidates through the pre-boarding and credentialing process for all disciplines who will embrace UC Health’s mission and values.
This role will function as a pre-boarding ambassador, focused on delivering an exceptional customer service to our employees during their pre-boarding phase of employment, as well as initiative-taking and timely communication to UC Health departments actively involved in the pre-boarding process.
In this position you will be assisting talent acquisition recruitment team and be responsible for operational success of UC Health’s processes and policies. This individual will coordinate the processing of preboarding functions (background checks to ensure federal and state compliance regulations are met, hire transaction processing, processing of I-9 documentation and collect paperwork (including licensure and certifications) and HR transactions (transfers, start date changes and terminations). The Pre-boarding Specialist will be ensuring all hiring processes, and preboarding credentialing requirements are met in a timely manner to drive the team towards efficiency while working within standard work and improve process and policy.
